I saw a few installations on Rue Philippe II in Luxembourg City over the past years, but I never had the curiosity to learn about them. This month however, I got intrigued by the futuristic and rather unusual installation and I did some digging. According to City magazine, those big pipes you can see above the street in the center of Luxembourg are called Air Deluxe and have been installed by HeHe, a French artist duo based in Paris (Helen Evans and Heiko Hansen). As promised, I came back to City Skyliner today and shot some evening photos of Luxembourg city from above. It’s nice to see how the same views look in a different light.
