If you’re looking for a nice end-of-the-year gift for your parents, colleagues, boss or employees, or even for yourself, the Luxembourg Calendar may be the right answer!
The calendars, featuring photos of Luxembourg shot by myself, are cheap enough to be considered a symbolic present, yet expensive enough to be seen as a real gift. They’re also beautiful, so they will be loved by the one who receives them!
I have prepared three different 2019 Luxembourg calendars this year, in different sizes and, of course, different pictures in each one: the Business Calendar, the Lights of the City and the Magic of Luxembourg. Their naming pretty much says it all, but I’ll briefly explain what you can expect from each of them, lower down this page.
What is characteristic to all the models I’m launching this year, is that they’re printed on thick (250g/m2), good quality paper and each of them have 12 pages + cover. They can be ordered exclusively on my website and the shipping is free anywhere in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. I can personalize / include your logo only for large orders of over 50 pieces. The stock is very limited, I only have a few of them available. Of course, I can order more if they go fast, but this is a time sensitive action and the delivery may take anything between 10-15 working days. So, if they all go and there is not enough time to get others by the end of the year, you won’t be able to order anymore.
The 2019 Luxembourg Business Calendar celebrates the places of doing business in Luxembourg city. I know there are plenty places of doing business outside the city, but unfortunately there are only 12 months in a year, so after each month got its page and picture, I realized there’s no more place for including the other business centers. But hey, maybe next year, OK? The winner this year is clearly Kirchberg, with no less than four pictures, including the cover. What can I say, it’s big and beautiful. The rest of the pictures are featuring the other major business centers in Luxembourg city, like Glacis, Place de l’Etoile, Clausen, the downtown and so on. Luxembourg breathes business, so it’s only normal that this was the first calendar I thought of, when I started working on this.
It’s a desk calendar, in A5 size (15×21 cm), small enough to place it on your desk (whether you have an office or you’re working from home), yet big enough for you to enjoy the pictures. The name of months and captions of photos are written in English, while the days of the week are written in Luxembourgish, French, English and German. It’s a good product. If you’re thinking of ordering a large batch for your company (over 50 pieces), I can include you logo and contact details on the cover and in the footer of each page. Just let me know of this before you order, so you can be sure that it still can be done (told you, time sensitive matter).
The Lights of the City 2019 Luxembourg Calendar is, as the name says, a celebration of the peaceful but vibrant nights in Luxembourg Ville. I really love shooting night photography, so I thought I should mark this down. It’s a wall calendar, in A3 size (30×40 cm), and it’s not only beautiful, but also useful: it has a planner layout, so you can write down next to each day if there’s something important you should remember. The names of the months and days are also written in English, Luxembourgish, French and German, so it would make a perfect gift for everyone speaking any of these 4 languages.
This wall calendar can also be personalized with your logo and contact details for large orders of over 50 pieces.
The Magic of Luxembourg 2019 Calendar is the one that took me the most time to produce and it’s also my favorite. It includes pictures from all around the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, not just from Luxembourg Ville. I really love photographing Luxembourg and everything it has to offer, but I think you will understand when you’ll see the pictures. What I love about photography is the process: the fact that I can actually be there in those moments and witness with my own eyes what I can show later on in my pictures.
This is a wall calendar in square format (30×30 cm), also with a planner layout, but more simple than the Lights of the City. It’s still useful, but I wanted to focus more on the pictures and less on the usefulness. It’s a beautiful product and I’m proud I was able to produce it. The names of the months and days are written in English, Luxembourgish, French and German, so it would make a perfect gift for everyone, including yourself.
In fact, since all these calendars contain different pictures, you could easily order all three of them and take advantage of a special price. This way, you can give one to your parents, one to your boss or colleague, and keep the other for yourself. The combo also includes two large (A5 – 15×21 cm) greeting cards, exclusively available on my website: one has a Merry Christmas theme, while the other has a Happy Holidays theme. Get them all here:
I’m glad I was able to create these calendars in time and I hope you will all enjoy them. In fact, I will make the delivery free anywhere in the world, even if it could cost me more than I get for them, so we can all be jolly for this end of the year. Let’s all share the joy!
